& answer – the Court decreed
That the Deft, whose Ls of admon have never been repeated, do deliver up to Compt 2 Compy’s bonds [which] appear to be now in his hands & that he pay to Compls the Bal of the acct annexed to his answer, deducting therefrom his costs; and that on so doing he be indemnified.
