Commolah died about Seven years past, his Widow had suffer’d Diaram to retain possession of all her goods on her having made a kind of assignment of all her property to him.
The Court refused to grant Administration to Gopee, which would disturb a Possession taken at a time when there was no authority here to grant Administration to Natives, and that possession acquiesced in by all Parties, and by Gopee himself by receiving from Diaram a Debt due from the Deceased.
