and went to Gorolgautchy, after taking some refreshments at my sister’s house. I left that place & went to Hurrypaul, & to Baghan Bary. In these 2 places I staid 4 or 5 days. I then return’d slowly to Midnapoor.
I returned to Dankhanan in the month of Assar last & found my house in a ruinous state, the door was broken open, & my land was given to a Brahmin. My Cousin Ram Mohun was turned out of his house also
