Were you ever at the house of Gopy Nazir when Goher Hurry Seat was there?
A. Yes. Sometimes I was there when he came thither, sometimes Goher Hurry & I went together & sometimes he was there before one, & I found him there.
Here Mr. Dunkin for both Defendants said he had concluded his verbal evidence as to facts, & meant only to call witnesses? to the respective characters of the 2 Defendants, to produce some [minutes?] of the Committee of Revenue
