1786. Sessions. [Saturday] March 4.

Gowr Mohur having sworn on, the part of the Prosecution that he accompanied Gopy Nazir to Raja Nobkissen’s house and there put a paper into the hand of Gopy Nazir which he immediately delivered to Nobkissen, an attempt was made to invalidate his testimony by shewing him to Nobkissen, who declared that he did not know the man & had never seen him before. It is now proposed by Mr. Davies to call [Raja?] Canto Naut, (brother to the Raja of Dinagepoor)
