Ramchunder Seen & Gopy Nazir.
Mr. Davies proceeded in his Reply, & said he should now point out the contradiction & falsehoods in the Evidence for Exhibit D the Arzy composed by Ramchunder Seen, by him sent into the Fort, & there signed by Golam Ashruff & afterwards presented to the Gov & Council, was thought so able a composition by Defendant’s Counsel that he desired to have it read. The whole drift of it is to criminate Gunga Govind Singh, & by the reflections thrown on Mr. Willes, it appears clearly that R S then knew that his inquiry had exculpated Gunga Govind Singh & Prawnkissen
