A Purchaser for a Valuable consideration without Notice can protect himself against a Prior Creditor, he may therefore certainly protect himself against a husband, therefore the Cross Bill must be dismissed: Mr. Geraud has no more to do with this Estate than I have, it is not so with a Purchaser for a Valuable consideration.
