Mr. Dunkin seems to admit the construction of the Statute which I gave it, for he says it would be [ILL] to follow me [tho’?] self evident proposition.
The [ILL] made betw: Constables here & Constable, in England is not supported by the Evidence.
The Judges here are expressly by Chr & by Act of Parlt named Js of [ILL] are therefore within the letter of the Act of Pt 24 Geo: 2d
