and having with their hands beat & bruised him & given him sevl mortal bruises on the head stomach back & sides and having choaked & strangled him by squeezing his Windpipe with their hands; or which mortal bruises, & strangling the indictment states that he on the same day died: And so the Jurors say that the Prisnrs & Bhailoo did fly wilfully, & of mal: aforethought kill & murder the said Ramzany.
