the prisoner said this is the thief who come the fact. The Constable who gave Evidce was also there. He must have seen the two men & the two women.
The Serjeant order’d the Seps to fix their bayonets & some of them entered the compound room; while others stood on the outside of the Compound at one corner.
The entry of the Seps alarmed them, & the Prisoner & the other man ran out at the back part of the house.
