The Plaint contain’d several Counts on assault, imprisonment, and taking of Goods alledged to be of very great Value, one article being Eighty Thousand Rupees in Money.
All the Defendants pleaded Not Guilty; and also according to a Rule of Court: Bahhader Beig, was admitted to give special matter in Evidence in Justification: And the three other Defendants were also by Rule admitted to give other Special matter in Evidence.
