In the case of Bridjoo Roy Ramcaunt Munshy, in which the Jt was stayed in order that Mr. W. Dunkin might move in the first four days of this Term for a [ILL] Nonsuit, and in which Judgment has been since stayed further, till Monday next, in order that Mr. W. Dunkin may, in the mean time, move for a Rule to shew cause why the Plf shod not be nonsuited or Jt. given for Deft; - Mr. Dunkin now moves for such Rx to shew cause. And he states the following Grounds
