Terminer begun in Decr last was kept alive by repeated adjournments thro’ the whole of the following Session, & of the 3d Term, and the Recognizance of Ramchunder Sein [respited?] from time to time and finally to this day, in order that Sir Wm Jones might be present when Jt was pronounced.
