Kerim ullah, The Second Witness examined to day, appearing to evade the Questions, and to prevaricate, It was agreed by the Court all three concurring, that in this, and all other Causes appealable, the Advocates should be at Liberty to examine the Interpreter, as to the manner in which the Witness gave his Testimony. This Impey said, ought to be done, that the Evidence before the Court of Appeal, might be the same as appear’d before us, as nearly as it could be.
