Mr. O’Donnell, Mr. Hamilton was in duty bound to scrutinize into the affair, and see that Mr. O’Donnell was really bound to pay.
It still seems uncertain whether Mr. John Herbert is Executor or Administrator of Mr. George Herbert, he is some times call’d the one, some times the other, and neither probat nor Letters of Administration have been produced.
