An Order had been obtain’d and made absolute in March last for an Injunction to stay an Execution, on a Judgment in this Court, for above Thirteen Thousand Rupees, on a Bill and affidavits that more Money was due from Sunt Cohar to Dialchund on account of a partnership which existed between her husband and Huzzoory Mull in a great Farm of Land call’d the Purnea Farm, for One Million and Ninety Thousand Rupees to be paid to the Company.
