Murally Mullick
whose evidence is applied to No. 23 of the Set off.
He says that 5000 Rs were borrowed by Deft from Bridjoo Mohun Adie on acct. of Santiram, of [which] 150 G. Mrs were pd in Santiram’s life time & the remder was pd after his death by Deft.
