Mr. Davies, Advocate for the Plaintiff, Said he would at present decline speaking to the Merits, whether Costs ought to be paid by Ramnarain, although if that were the Question he could shew that the Conduct of Ramnarain in this Cause had been very different from the Conduct of Colonel Pearse: But Mr. Davies insisted that the Decree being sign’d could not be alter’d except by Bill of review, or on Appeal. In this Court the Decrees are by the Rules of this Court to be sign’d in Sixteen Days after pronouncing
