In this case of Tilluckram v Ramnarain and others the Court then consisting of Mr. Justice Hyde and Mr. Justice Jones, were of Opinion that Ramnarain, as well as Pearse and the other defendants who were meerly Trustees ought to have received his Costs from the Plaintiff to be refunded to the Plaintiff by the Defendants in the Cause who appear’d to be culpable
