The Action is brought for on an agreemt made at Copenhagen for the wages of Lascars (i.e. black Seamen) for a voyage to China & Bengal, which Lascars Plf undertook to procure & did procure. But at Madeira Deft tore the Agreemt, and at the Cape put the Sarang & 2d Mate with sevl men on shore.
Plf came on with the Ship to Bengal, where he was dismissed.
