Mr. Dunkin here was attempting to set up again some evid: which he sd came from Plf’s Wtse with regd to the princip: CR 17044 & y lint: bec: mentioned by Mr. Davies when he stated the evid given in Reply (see note 28 July. pa. 36.)
But as the evidence then stated was not given in Reply bec: Deft prevented it by saying that he gave up the bonds. The Cot was of opinion that Mr. Dunk: cod now observe upon it.
