It appears that in the Podar’s book that there was a joint entry of [Deft’s?] loan & P. Moore’s bond &c Rs 13000 pd on that accot.
In anor book there is an Entry of same Sum. But it appears from Deft’s own Evidence and from the word cancelled added to the cancelled rect on the back of Mr. M’s bond that no part of it was pd to Mr. Moore. Exh: X.
That cancelled Rect and the word Cancd was proved by Mr. Dunkin hims: to be in P: Moore’s hand. Tho’ the bond itself & the assignment cod not be proved for want of the
