The acct was transferred to the name of Deft & [ILL] the bal transferred to his Acct & Acct kept in the name of Deft from that time i. e. [from] 5 Beisack 1185.
So that the whole acct of the Tumlook salt as well as others were transferred to the name of Deft.
N. B. if the Sum of CR 34937 stated in Exh: C. as a Debt [from] the Estate on acct of Salt was really money recd by Deft & pd to S. S. in his life time
