The Prisoner in his Defence said he did not steal the Guns and Pistols but they were brought to him by a Man call’d Jumun who being call’d appear’d, but the Prisoner declined to have him sworn as his Witness.
Jumun was brought in Custody of Pykes who were employ’d by Mr. Motte, Superintendent of the Police.
The Prisoner was found Not Guilty of Burglary but Guilty
