On this 12 of July last in the afternoon, a complt was made to me by one of my servts that Prisr had beat anor servt of mine without provocation; the man who was beat is here his name is Hurria. I went to Qr. Mas. Serjt. Wittenburg who lived near to Prisr, & asked if he had seen it, he sd yes but he did not know the answer.
I
