the door after him with his hand & shut it nearly close not quite shut.
He then went away. There were no fingers fell on the floor with the stick. Upon my oath I did not see his fingers cut, but the stick was cut & fell about 2 feet within side of the door. Wr his fingers were cut or no at that place I can’t say. They must have been cut some where or they wod not be off.
