and of malice aforethought assaulting one Rosey, at Bankipoor in Bahar by throw hitting her with a stone on the belly, and giving her thereby one mortal wound and bruise, of which she languished [from] the 11th of May till the 12th of June last, on which day she died at Bankipoor aforesaid. And the Jurors further present that Prisr is subject to the Jurisdon &c by having been a british Subj: resident in Bahar at the time of committing the offence.
