1787. Sessions. [Friday] July 13.

House. She said her husband went to Barranagur and brought her from thence, and told her she was unchast and had lost her Cast and she should not live with him: that since that time she had slept in a Cow House belonging to her husband, and had got Victuals by begging from House to House.
This Trial for the Assault lasted several hours, and the Jury found the Prisoner
Not Guilty.
Sir Robert Chambers staid to the end of the Trial, but Mr. Justice Hyde and Sir William Jones went away before it was over.
