of Barber, desiring Mr. Dunkin to receive the effects of the Deceased in Bengal, and to remit the Produce to Ireland, and Mr. Dunkin, after the former Letters of Administration had been annulled, had applied as a Friend, in the usual form, for Letters of Administration of the Goods of Charles Vernon, deceased, without taking any Notice in his Petition of the former Grant of Administration
