I have written in Sir Robert Chambers’s Note Book of this day, made of half Sheets of Paper sew’d togather some what like this, a tolerable good Note of the Argument, which he has promised to have Copied and sent to me, and I intend to have it copied into this book togather with the Facts admitted by the Advocates in this Cause, on which the Judgment in this Case turn’d.
