Mem: By Mistake I have written on several Pages preceeding this Page, proceedings which pass’d after March the 16th 1779, and this happen’d by means of my having left many pages blank, for the purpose of inserting in their proper places, full Notes of those Proceedings, which I have written shortly in a little Note book.
