2. in 1769 – Peter Tabby – a cousin german of the deced to whose represetve Robt Holder Mr. Kr wrote that if he wod send proper vouchers, he would pay the money.
3. in 1770 by Robt Cowen Killet in behalf of the Exors of Louisa Tabby.
Killet filed a bill in Mayor’s Cot to which Kr put in an answr that he was ready to pay if the Court decreed that he ought. But the Bill was dismissed.
