Read Exh: A: An agreemt dated 1 Mar: 85, & signed by Deft – by [which] he acknowledges that he has taken Plf into pp in the business of Butcher, Cook &c, and it [ILL] agreed betw: them that Mangeon should have a third share in the profits to the 1 Mar: 86 and afterwards ½ as long as the business should be mutually carried on betw: them.
B. A joint account signed by Deft [from] which it appears that the expenditurs (or sums advd) by Deft during the pp had exceeded the rects by SR 12555 or sum apprs due to Deft from the pp.
C. an Acct entitled Dr – Bills on joint Acc: in Co wth Mangeon & Bernard – Cr – [from] [ILL] it apprs that the whole amot of bills during the pp was 29107 SR of which 11096 had been recd & consequently the outstandg bills amounted to 18011.
