The 7th 8th 13th and 16th Counts of this Indictment are only for Misdemeanor, for though possibly they were intended like the others to be for Felony, yet the word Feloniously is not inserted in either of those Counts, therefore there can be no Trial, because the Trial of Felony must be in a different manner from the Trial of Misdemeanor
