Mr. Dunkin, Says, I rise with the utmost confidence, that I shall shew the Court the Rule must be made absolute, and that my Clients do not deserve those Epithets of Fraudulent Dealers which have been thrown on them by the extraneous matter introduced into those affidavits which they have no opportunity to answer.
