Mr. Jas Dunkin states an affidavit of the Compl: Hamilton that Mr. Odonnel arrived here subsequent to the sd 18 June, that he hims: has brot this suit only as agent for Odonnel, that on his arrival the depont advised him to endeavour to settle amicably with Bayne & Colvin agreeably to direction which were expected soon to arrive from Mr. Herbert in Engld the constituent of Bayne & Colvin.
