He began by stating so much of the Bill as he judged necessary. It related chiefly to a Contract for Raw Silk, made about the year 1775, between Mr. Henchman and the Board of Trade, to be made at Maulda.
Five Hundred Maunds at the rate of the Contract made in 1775 by Mr. Henchman, would amount to about the Sum of Five Hundred Thousand Rupees.
