knows Hurroo Gose he became bail to the Sheriff in April last, not before, that wts remembers, he is not employ’d in Sheriff’s office.
X Exd, Wts believes the Plf & Hurroo Gose signed the bond before Mr. Grant but not certain – [looking at a bail book he says] Hurroo Gose also became bail for Anunderam Biswas for the penal Sum of 7000 Rs on the 23 April last.
