Another Count for breaking and entering his house the same ninth day of January 1779 and taking away Gold, and utensils of his Trade as a Gold Smith to the Value of Seven Thousand Sicca Rupees.
Another Count for keeping him out of possession of his House five Months.
Plea; Not Guilty; and a Notice of Justification.
