proves all the Defts to be inhabits of Calc: proves also the 3 signatures to the Autsettah or estimate marked A, (in this cause) to be of the respective hand writing of those 3 persons; & the body of it by Kishno Dutt except the 2 lines at the Top, [ILL] written by Buddinat’h Paulit.
X Exd. proves his signature as a Wts to B & C. & that he has recd on accot of Plf all the articles mentioned in those 2 papers; & by Plf’s order. I went to rec: all that they wod deliver.
