Betw: 10 & 12 of the same day I saw the prisr in the shop room where the watch was.
He asked me if I had left Moore & Lacy. I sd yes, and left him there. We missed the Watch about 12 or one o’clock. I am sure it was after the Prisr had bn there.
I don’t recollect that anything further past till the next day, when between 10 & 12, when Mr. Thos Lee came into the shop room where the watch Jewellery was. It is a room upstairs but open to all Customers.
