Mr. Justice Hyde. Granted two Rules to put off two Causes, on affidavits of absence of Witnesses, and on Consent of the Advocate for the other Party.

After the Evidence on both sides was taken we adjournd the Cause till Monday, to give time for the Attornies on each side to extract from the Evidence, the Articles proved.
