Mr. Bernard McCallum was bound before me in a Reason of 2000 SR to give evid: at the next Session of Oyer & on an Indt for Murder against Rinaldo Martinez and Faustino Antonio.
Mem: to send for the Jailer and direct that Bibi Jannoo, Babica, and Susanna be not permitted to come to the prisoner unless they give legal proof that of a marriage between some of them and the prisoners.
Inq: wt recognizances have been taken, & if not already bound, bind
Babica – a servt in the house – prob: accomplice. An old woman named Maria (or some such name) who assisted in the ho: & to [wm?]. Susanna said that they had been [puttg?] the deced in Prison.
