Suttleram brot an Action against Mr. Smith and anor and I was Suttleram’s Vakeel and used to attend Mr. Corr. Jagonot was then employ’d by Suttleram at Five Rupees a month to take care of the Papers abt that Cause. Suttleram once contracted for work at the Old Fort, Jaggonot used to keep those accounts.
The Place where the Izzarrah was was called Bally or Baurry.
