Been made by this Defendant on the Filature and Bengal wound Silk furnished by this Defendant in the said years one Thousand Seven hundred and Seventy nine eighty, one thousand Seven hundred and eighty eighty one, one thousand seven hundred and eighty one two and one thousand seven hundred and eighty two three in the Bill mentioned or on either or some and which of them the said Filature or Bengal Wound Silks were not shared and divided in some and what manner between this Defendant and the said Robert Polk and the President of the said Board of Trade and the said William Barton and the other Members of the said Board of Trade or some and which of them and whether this Defendant did not either pay some very considerable or some other and what Sum or Sums to the said Robert Palk or to the said William Barton or to the said President or Members of the said Board of Trade or some one and which of them or to some person or persons
