The said Complainants Bill herein before mentioned and humbly claims the benefit thereof and this Defendant doth aver that in the said year one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty three in the Bill mentioned namely the year in which the Complainants Bill states this Defendant to have executed a certain Indenture of Convenants therein mentioned to the Complainants he Defendant was an Infant under the age of Twenty on years that is to say of the age of Sixteen years and no more and this Defendant humbly demands the Judgement of this Honourable Court upon the said Plea and this Defendant not waving his said Plea but wholly relying and insisting thereon
