R. 48,000, & that 14 Sept. 1787 a Writ of fr: fa: issued in returnable 22 Oct. which fr: fa: on 3d Sept was deliverd to Deft then Sheriff, by virtue whereof Deft on 1st of Octr 1787 seized effects to the value of ye Debt & Damages
