House, in the Compound taking away the Chest.
On the noise I made the Chokedars came: we took the Prisoner. The next Morning which was Sunday we took the prisoner before Mr. Motte, he directed him to be brought again on Monday, and he was so. Mr. Motte sent him before Mr. Justice Hyde. When I seized the Prisoner I could not find the Prisoner.
