Of Calcutta Labourer on the ninth day of June in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Eight and in the twenty eighth year of the Reign of our Soverign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the faith and so forth about the hour of Eleven in the night of the same day with Force and Arms at Calcutta in the Factory of Fort William in the provence of Bengal the House of one Kissnopersaud Jain there situate feloniously did break and enter and three hundred and sixty pieces of Cloth called Saras of the value of five pounds of lawful money of Great Britain of the Goods and Chattles of the said Kissnopersaud Jain in the same house then and there being found feloniously did steal take and carry away against the peace of our said Lord the King his Crown and Dignity: And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do further present that the said Rutton, Harriah, Persaud Pyke, Neeloo and Mohun on the said ninth day of June in the year aforesaid with Force and Arms at Calcutta
