Mr. Boileau is appointed a Notary Publick by the Archbishop of Primate of all Ireland, and he brought out a Certificate of an Attorney and Solicitor of Great Practice in Dublin that Mr. Boileau had been his Agent in all the Courts of Law in Dublin for several years, and these Circumstances taken togather, we thought fit to admit him.
